RETURN POLICY. . . . . We will accept returns on all orders, except products that are considered heirlooms, such as quilts and rugs, for a full refund of the purchase price if you are unhappy for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the product(s) is damaged. In this case, we will need a picture of the damage before we will send you a new product. If we feel it is worth our while for you to return the damaged product, and it can be repaired, we will e-mail you a return shipping label, and will pay the return shipping costs. If we feel it is not worthwhile to have the damaged product returned, we will simply send you a new product, free of charge. Return shipping costs are bore by the buyer if return is due to anything other than product damage.
All returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email us at email@example.com, or call (440) 707-4008 or (440) 864-3620 and give us the details of the return. All returns must be sent back in the original box and packaging material in which they were received and will be inspected for damages before we will issue a refund. If, after inspection, the product is in its original container and no damages are present, full refund (less shipping) will be applied to the original payment method.
