Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our items, we carefully inspect each product before shipping to ensure quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Hand sewn, crocheted, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can guide you through the process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. This policy is designed to maintain the high standards of our handmade collection and provide a trustworthy shopping experience.

A: All business hours are Monday - Friday. All orders ship same day if we receive your order before 11:00 a.m. If we receive your order after 11:00 a.m., we will ship it the next day. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number sent to your email address.

A. We are not Amish ourselves, but we have been close friends with our Amish crafters for over 20 years. We operate this marketplace to help our Amish families share their handcrafted items with you and to preserve their traditional basket weaving, woodworking, and sewing techniques.

A. Yes! Enter your message in the "Gift Message" box during checkout. No invoices or pricing information is included in the shipped box. Receipts go only to the buyer's email.
